Is the balcony safe for young children. ?
Thank you for reaching out to us at the Pan Pacific Orchard. The balcony has a high ledge that is adequate for average height adults. However we do advise that parents monitor their children always when they have access to the balcony.
Does the deluxe two bedroom have an outdoor balcony as it looks like it is inside from the photos?
Good afternoon, thank you for your message. That is correct, the Deluxe 2 Bedroom is a combination of a Deluxe Twin room and a Deluxe Balcony King room, so it does have a balcony attached to the room. Sincerely yours

Good morning, the Deluxe Balcony room overlooks the Beach Terrace, our free form pool, whilst the Premier Balcony rooms are on higher floors and overlook our Garden Terrace lawn. Sincerely yours

Good afternoon, The hotel has a number of room types, some of which do have separate living space. The Deluxe and Premier Balcony have a seating space on the balcony, whilst our Beach, Garden and Cloud Terrace Suites all have separate living areas.

Good afternoon, Unfortunately the Deluxe 2 Bedroom doesn't have sufficient space for an extra bed. We are able to provide a cot, or as your child is 3yrs, they are able to stay in the existing King bed.

Good afternoon, All facilities are open aside from our Spa which is expected to open during August. The pool does have a high roof, but does receive direct sun in the mornings. However it is heated to approximately 28C. Sincerely yours
Which are the rooms with bathtub and also and parking at the hotel?
The rooms available with bathtubs are our suites only. As for parking in the hotel it is complimentary for all in house guests.

What type of room has a bathroom with marble wall & marble sink table?
The rooms that have a marble wall and marble sink table are our Suite rooms. For our regular rooms, the bathroom walls are tiled.
Do you accept extra bed for this type of room?
The Deluxe Twin Room can not accommodate extra bed.
